 We’re so excited to bring joy with our carefully curated gift boxes for teens and tweens! We work hard to ensure every item meets our high standards, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

If an item in your gift box arrives with a defect, please let us know within 14 days so we can make it right. Simply contact us at contact@wishboxtoday.com with:

• Your name or order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photos of the defective item

Once confirmed, we’ll promptly arrange a replacement or refund for the defective item to ensure you’re completely satisfied.

Please note: Returns for items without defects are not available, as each box is uniquely designed to delight!
