What's the return policy? We’re so excited to bring joy with our carefully curated gift boxes for teens and tweens! We work hard to ensure every item meets our high standards, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
If an item in your gift box arrives with a defect, please let us know within 14 days so we can make it right. Simply contact us at contact@wishboxtoday.com with:
- Your name or order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the defective item
Once confirmed, we’ll promptly arrange a replacement or refund for the defective item to ensure you’re completely satisfied.
Please note: Returns for items without defects are not available, as each box is uniquely designed to delight!
How does the Wishbox subscription work? The Wishbox subscription makes it easy to enjoy curated surprises on your schedule!
- First Box: Once you place your order, your first box will ship within 1-3 business days.
- Choose Your Frequency: At the time of purchase, you can select how often you’d like to receive your Wishbox: monthly, bimonthly, or quarterly.
- Future Boxes: After your first box, your subsequent boxes will arrive based on your selected schedule, starting from your initial order date.
It’s that simple—just choose your timing and let the magic begin!
Do you ship outside of the United States? At this time, we are currently able to ship only within the United States. Stay tuned for any future updates, as we hope to offer international shipping soon!
How much is shipping and tax? We aim to keep your experience as smooth and transparent as possible when it comes to shipping and taxes:
- Shipping: A flat rate of $12.99 is applied to all orders. This ensures your Wishbox arrives safely and promptly!

Sales Tax:
- Orders shipped within Texas are subject to sales tax, as we are based in Texas.
- For customers outside of Texas, no sales tax is applied, making it a little easier for you to shop!

Can I buy a one-time gift box? Absolutely! We make it easy to send a thoughtful gift without committing to a subscription. Here’s how it works:
- Single Box Purchase: You can select any box from our shop, and it will be shipped directly as a one-time gift.
- Gift Bundles: Want to send more than one? You can create a bundle by adding multiple boxes to your order—perfect for birthdays, holidays, or any special occasion!
- One-Time Gift via Subscription Page: If you’re on our subscription page, simply choose the One-Time Gift option at checkout, and we’ll send a single box without any future commitments.
It’s that simple! Whether it's a single box or a custom bundle, we’ll make sure your gift is beautifully packaged and delivered with care.
Can I add a personal message to the purchase? Absolutely! We understand how important it is to add a personal touch to your gift, especially for a special tween or teen girl. That’s why we offer a handwritten message from the Wishbox team to make your gift even more meaningful.
Here’s how it works:
- Add Your Message: Simply go to the cart page when you're checking out and look for the “Add a note to your order” box.
- Write Your Message: In this box, write the heartfelt note or special message you’d like us to include.
- Handwritten Touch: Our team will handwrite your message on a beautiful note card and include it with your gift box, making it an extra special surprise!
